Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your return meets our policy.

How to Start a Return

If the item is from your purchase:

  • Log in to your account and initiate a return request from your order.
  • It may take up to 1-2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted if returning for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • A free return shipping label will be emailed to you once your return request is approved.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the item is a gift:

  • Email us at totshopbaby@gmail.com with the subject line “Gift Return.”
  • Include details such as size, pattern, and purchaser’s name to help verify the order.
  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
  • Gift items must meet our return eligibility guidelines.

Return Shipping:

  • A free return shipping label will be emailed once your request is approved.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • In the same condition as when received. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • International orders
  • Final Sale items
  • Items purchased during Black Friday week
  • Items discounted by more than 25%

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.

How to report:

  • Email totshopbaby@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos of the damage or defect.
  • We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement.

Exchanges

Free Size Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
  • Email totshopbaby@gmail.com with the subject “Size Exchange + Your Order Number.”
  • Include your new size in the email, and we’ll process your exchange.

Sale Items:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes, as our system processes orders in real-time for fast shipping. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • For international orders, shipping fees, duties, and taxes are also nonrefundable.

Extended Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 15, 2025, and December 15, 2025, are eligible for return until January 15, 2026.

Gift Returns & Gift Cards

Gift Returns:

  • We offer store credit for gift item returns, redeemable within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.

Important Notes

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition of Items: Items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear will be returned to you.
  • Returns After 30 Days: We cannot process returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
